1. Agreement to Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING MANUTWRITE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICE. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manutwrite. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Manutwrite, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using Manutwrite, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information current. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

Manutwrite provides text processing tools. The service is provided solely as a writing assistance tool. We make no representations or warranties regarding the output quality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice or liability.

5. User Responsibility and Conduct

YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR: (a) all content you submit to or create using our service; (b) ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights; (c) any consequences arising from your use of the output; (d) verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content before use. We do not review, verify, or endorse any user content or output.

6. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use Manutwrite for:

• Any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in any jurisdiction
• Creating, distributing, or facilitating content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• Academic dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation of authorship in violation of any institutional policies or professional standards
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or restrictions of our service

7. No Endorsement

Manutwrite does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content processed through our service. Any references to third-party products, services, organizations, or individuals in user content do not imply endorsement by Manutwrite. We are not affiliated with any third parties mentioned in user content.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except as required by applicable law. Word balances expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

9. Intellectual Property

Manutwrite and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Manutwrite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (b) ANY OUTPUT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT; (c) OUTPUT WILL BE UNDETECTABLE BY ANY DETECTION TOOLS; (d) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10.1 AI DETECTION DISCLAIMER

MANUTWRITE MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING AI DETECTION RESULTS. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI detection technology is constantly evolving and no tool can guarantee 100% undetectable results; (b) detection outcomes may vary across different platforms, tools, and detection algorithms; (c) Manutwrite bears NO RESPONSIBILITY for any consequences arising from content being identified as AI-generated, including but not limited to academic penalties, professional consequences, content rejection, or any other adverse outcomes; (d) it is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to verify and review all output before use and to ensure compliance with applicable policies and guidelines of your institution, employer, or platform.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUTWRITE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manutwrite and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you submit or create using the service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manutwrite regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
